Air bubble film is transparent plastic material which surface is uniformly covered with small lumps filled with air. It’s used for packaging fragile things. It was invented by two engineers: Alfred Fielding and Mark Chavannes in 1957. Originally air bubble film packaging was created as new material for wallpapers that would be easy to clean.
Bubble popping Bubble popping is also called bubble bursting and is one of the tactile entertainments. One by one you can squeeze bubbles on the polyethylene air bubble film usually used for wrapping fragile things. Bubble popping has a calming effect through friendly implementation destructive impulses of the personality. Only bubbles bursting with a special sound give pleasure. Pleasure level also influence bubbles popping speed and the amount of popped bubbles. Most people like “destroying” single bubbles, one by one, making a break between the popping.
Package It is made from soften (amortizing) materials and additional packaging materials and resources. It is determined to preserve the properties of the materials and make them compact for comfortable transportation. In most cases is medium for advertising goods. Packaging design is the requirement for the successful sale of any product. There are internal and external, individual and group, rigid and soft product package.
Advertising is the information spread by any method, any form and by using any resources. It’s addressed to indefinite number of persons and aimed to attract the attention to the advertising object, the establishment or maintenance of interest to the object and to its promotion to the market. It’s paid, non-personal communication, carried out by sponsor and using mass media to persuade (to do something) or influence (somehow) the audience. Advertising aim is to convey information from the advertiser to the target audience.
Thermal insulation is the element of construction, decreases heat loss. And also this term means those materials which are usually used to make such element. Main types of thermal insulation Accordingly to heat transfer thermal insulation can be divided into several groups: Heat-reflecting that prevents losses due to infrared “thermal” radiation. Insulation that prevents losses due to thermal conductivity. In practice thermal insulation materials are divided into three types (on the base of original material): 1. Organic made by recycling wood and woodworking wastes (fiberboards and chipboards), agricultural wastes (straw and reeds and others), peat and others. These insulation materials usually have low water and bioresistance. But gas-filled plastic (extruded polystyrene, foams, poroplasty, honeycombs and others) are waterproofing and bioresistant as they are highly effective insulation materials with the bulk density of 10 to 100 kg/m3. Most organic insulation materials have low fire-resistance that’s why are usually used at temperature higher than 150 C0.
2. Inorganic materials include mineral wool and other materials made from it (for example, mineral wool slab), light and cellular concrete (aerated and foam concrete), foam glass, glass fiber, products of expanded perlite and others. Mineral wool is vitreous fibers made from melting rock and mineral slag. Volumetric weight of the mineral wool products is 75 – 350 kg/m3. 3. Mixed materials are used for mounting. They are made on the basis of asbestos (asbestos cardboard, paper, felt), mixture of asbestos and mineral binders (diatoms asbestos materials, materials made from asbestos and tripolite, asbestos-cement materials) and materials made on the basis of blasted rock (vermiculite and perlite). 4. Application of insulation Insulation is used to slow the heating or cooling wherever it is necessary to maintain set temperature. In building heat insulation is used for outside walls and overlap of upper and lower floors, substrate under parquet or laminate. This reduces energy consumption for heating and conditioning. Insulation is used in clothing and footwear production. Heat insulation properties of clothes protect people from cold air and strong freeze so a man can stay outdoors for a long time. Insulation is used in refrigerating systems and stoves constructions. Heat insulation significantly reduces energy costs to maintain set temperature inside refrigerating systems and stoves constructions. Heating pipelines usually covered with heat insulation to reduce cooling heat transfer agent. Heat insulation protects from corrosion. Heat insulation has vapor barrier (not always) and noise protection properties. Insulation of reservoirs and boilers. Removable insulation constructions are used for pipeline accessories insulation. In automobile production insulation is used for up the engine bay insulation that reduces noise level inside the car.
Three-layered air bubble film is used for hydro and thermal insulation of houses, workshops, saunas, refrigerators as it protects people from noise effects. Choosing air bubble film you save your resources and don’t need bulky and expensive material any more. Three-layered air bubble film will give you warm if you use it for insulation of walls, roofs, pipelines and in “warm floor” systems for heat insulation.
